Returns

We understand purchasing items online don't always go to plan. If for any reason you would like to return your order, we will happily issue a store credit for any full priced items within 14 days of you having received your parcel. Please email - shop@tamethesun.com.au with the subject header 'Return' to obtain a returns form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, a credit note will be issued within 2-3 business days.

Refunds

Please note Tame the Sun does not offer refunds for any items unless deemed defective or damaged. Please email - shop@tamethesun.com.au with the subject header 'Refund' to obtain refund request form.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
